Tracy Tsao
Solicitor, Dispute Resolution
Tracy Tsao is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team, having completed her training contract at Rosenblatt and sister firm Memery Crystal. Prior to commencing her training contract, Tracy was a Paralegal in the Disputes & Investigations department at Slaughter and May.
Tracy has experience of commercial and corporate disputes, including interim remedies such as urgent injunctive relief and freezing orders. Tracy’s work includes acting on complex commercial disputes, often across multiple jurisdictions.
Recent Experience
- Acting for an Investment Fund in its enforcement of a sample of Sovereign Debt Instruments from a holding in excess of EUR 1 billion issued by the Republic of Cuba in Commercial Court proceedings. Proceedings to date have included a two week jurisdiction hearing and appeal.
- Acted for a client in relation to enforcement proceedings in numerous overseas jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
- Acted for a client in successfully defending a jurisdiction challenge in an English High Court claim against a Lebanese Bank.
