Annabel qualified in property dispute resolution in 2021 and moved into commercial dispute resolution in 2022. She has experience of dealing with complex and high value commercial disputes concerning civil fraud, shareholders’ disputes, directors’ conduct, contractual disputes, nuisance claims, and contentious insolvency.
Annabel also has experience of dealing with litigation in the high court as well as in methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution including mediation and arbitration.
