The members of our International Arbitration team have significant experience in acting as counsel on major commercial and investment treaty arbitration proceedings worldwide. Our International Arbitration experts have been involved in the resolution of international commercial disputes, in ad hoc proceedings (including under the UNCITRAL Rules), and in investment treaty arbitration matters under bilateral and multilateral treaties. We also regularly advise clients on foreign investment risk management.
