Rosenblatt has acted for Direct Response Contact Centres Group Limited (“Direct Response”), the leading provider of voice, data and contact centre services in relation to two acquisitions, both of which completed today.
Direct Response acquired the shares in IPPlus (UK) Limited and Callscripter Limited from IPPlus Plc for a consideration of £6,700,000 (subject to adjustment). IPPlus (UK) Limited and Callscripter Limited are providers of certain call centre and software services.
The group also acquired the shares in Ostinati Limited and its subsidiary GoResponse Limited for an undisclosed sum. GoResponse is a provider of outsourced telephone answering and contact centre services.
