Rosenblatt has acted for the shareholders of Foviance Group Limited, the holding company of Seren, on the sale to Ernst & Young LLP.
Seren, a digital consultancy based in Silicon Roundabout, is a UK-based leader in international digital design and innovation of customer service and experience and works with firms across a number of sectors, in particular, telecoms and financial services.
Ben Langdon will continue as Chief Executive of EY-Seren as a partner at Ernst & Young in the UK. Catriona Campbell and Terry Heath the co-founders of the business will continue as senior advisors to EY in the UK and the EY-Seren team.
The transaction was the first acquisition of its kind for EY’s UK Advisory practice.
