Rosenblatt has acted for the shareholders of CommAgility Limited in relation to the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to the Wireless Telecom Group.
CommAgility Limited is a developer of embedded signal processing for 4G and 5G mobile network and related applications. It was honoured with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation in 2016, as well as a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade in 2013.
