Rosenblatt acted for N+1 Singer on a placing of ordinary shares raising £11 million (before expenses) and admission to AIM of Applied Graphene Materials plc.
Applied Graphene Materials, originally founded as a spin-out from Durham University, has developed a scalable manufacturing process for the production of graphene nanoplatelets, which it intends to exploit by incorporating graphene into a range of products across various sectors in partnership with the product manufacturers, thereby enhancing the value and utility of such products.
