Rosenblatt has acted for Fabindia International Pte Limited in relation to the sale of a majority interest in East Lifestyle Limited to CC East Holding Limited, an associated company of US investment firm Crore Capital LLC.
East Lifestyle Limited trades as EAST, the high street retail and concessions operator selling garments and accessories for Western women which “looks to the East” for inspiration.
