The High Court today found that Lewis Silkin LLP, and in particular Mr Michael Burd, their Joint Head of Employment, were negligent in failing to give advice to the Claimant – Mr Tim Wright – in relation to the appropriate jurisdiction clause for his contract of employment with Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited in 2008.
