Justin joined Rosenblatt in 2008 and has a proven track record of providing incisive action in both contractual and commercial contentious issues, including company/shareholder disputes, fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty. Justin also has extensive experience in administrative and broadcasting law, including having acted for Ofcom’s forerunner, the Independent Television Commission (ITC), for over three years.
Justin, who qualified in 1997, was previously at Simmons & Simmons where he worked on a range of high profile, complex matters.
This latest promotion takes the number of partners at Rosenblatt to 23. Following the appointments of Nik Haria (Construction and Projects) and Adrian Harris (Head of Insolvency, Dispute Resolution) earlier this year, Justin is the third partner to be announced in 2015 to date.
In addition to Justin’s promotion, Rosenblatt has announced four Associate promotions, two of which are also in its Dispute Resolution team. They are Philip Minnis (Employment), Melina Whitehair (Real Estate), Kathryn Griffin and Diana Rounce (Dispute Resolution).
