Common FAQ

Any seller that is selling goods in Amazon’s UK marketplace, and whose funds remain unlawfully frozen, can submit their details.

Yes, in most cases. We are aware of sellers who have been told by Amazon that their withheld funds will be released by Amazon, only to see no disbursements paid.

This is difficult to estimate but we will be pushing hard to resolve the dispute as soon as possible. We anticipate that Amazon may fight hard against the legal action brought by sellers in which case the timeframe will be managed by the courts. Rosenblatt possesses the expertise and experience to fight to progress the claim through the courts  as soon as possible, and our view is that bringing legal action gives the best chance of forcing Amazon’s hand.

At this stage, no. We believe that Amazon should return the unlawfully frozen funds for affected sellers no matter how much has been lost. If your funds are still frozen, submit your information for our review.
