Rosenblatt is pleased to announce that it has appointed a new dispute resolution partner as part of the continued expansion of the business. Ian Bean joins the firm from Greenberg Traurig, after having spent ten years with independent law firm, Mishcon de Reya.
Ian has diverse breadth of experience in complex litigation and asset tracing/recovery matters, often with a cross-border element. He is regularly instructed to coordinate and provide strategic advice to clients as part of action taken in common law jurisdictions other than England, including the Channel Islands, the Caribbean, Cyprus, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Ian’s practice also has a concentration on banking and finance disputes with a particular focus on property acquisition finance and disputes relating to complex investment products.
