Rosenblatt acted for AIM Listed Market Tech Holdings in connection with its acquisition of a controlling interest in Glispa GmbH, a leading Berlin-based international mobile marketing business, for an initial consideration of €25 million with a working capital payment of €7 million to take the total up to €32 million.
Market Tech Holdings is a listed holding company that combines real estate assets with an e-commerce business and it owns and manages the main Camden Markets in Central London. It has a current market cap of over £965m.
The team was led by Tom Ferns and Nick Foss-Pederson.
