Rosenblatt has acted for Cantor Fitzgerald Europe as nominated adviser and joint broker to AIM listed Isle of Man company Andalas Energy and Power plc (“Andalas”) in relation to Andalas’s farm-in to the Tuba Obi East oil and gas concession in Indonesia and Andalas’s associated placing to raise £2.6m, reverse takeover and admission to AIM.
