Rosenblatt has advised the owners on Travis Perkins plc’s acquisition of a majority stake in The Underfloor Heating Store.
The Underfloor Heating Store is a market-leading online retailer of electric and water under floor heating systems and associated products focused on the consumer market. It was set up in 2008 by brothers Michael and Steven Lewis and has experienced rapid growth since inception, being named in the 2013 Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 for Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.
