Rosenblatt acts for Ingenious Asset Management Limited in relation to the acquisition of Thurleigh Investment Managers LLP. In bringing together their businesses IAM and Thurleigh will combine their investment teams creating a specialist investment management firm. The combined business will manage £1.8 billion in discretionary private client assets and platform based model portfolios. Ingenious Asset Management was established in 2003 and specialises in managing money on behalf of individuals, charities, families trusts and pension funds.
IAM manages £1.5 billion of client assets primarily in global multi asset portfolios. Thurleigh Investment Managers is an owner managed investment firm founded in 2003 specialising in looking after private clients and charities. Thurleigh manages £300 million of on- and off-shore assets on behalf of the clients.
