Rosenblatt acts for FinnCap Limited in respect of its role as nomad and broker in respect of the acquisition by UBC Media Group plc of 7digital for an aggregate consideration of £16.5 million satisfied by the issue of new ordinary shares in UBC, and the related placing and subscription which raised £6 million. The acquisition was a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules. The acquisition creates a powerful business to business supplier at the heart of the fast developing global business in digital music and radio.
