Rosenblatt is pleased to have delivered settlement for its client, one of the largest wholesale bakeries in Europe, exporting its bakery products to 20+ markets in 4 continents around the world.
Rosenblatt’s client had ordered a complete delivery line from a British manufacturer of industrial bakery machinery which their client claimed had been delivered late, was faulty and was lying dormant in their factory space.
Rosenblatt was introduced to the client by Sirel & Partners a legal firm located across the Baltic region, and worked with their team to effect a settlement.
The matter was led by Dispute Resolution Partner Laura Clatworthy, with support from Senior Associate, Georgina Fallows. This win is a testament to Rosenblatt’s vast experience and expertise in dealing with and achieving settlement for their international client base.
Laura Clatworthy, Partner, commented: “In this case settlement was not just about money but also reaching agreement on the decommissioning of the machinery which lay in our client’s factory. We are delighted to have worked with Juri Sirel and to have achieved this result for the client which can now further its expansion plans with a new delivery line.”
Juri Sirel, Founding Partner of Sirel & Partners commented: “The successful result of this case is a good example of international cooperation between quality law firms regardless of the location and jurisdiction of the client’s problem. I am very proud again to assure to my clients that they are via our cooperation network legally protected in most jurisdictions of the world and especially in UK via Rosenblatt.”
