Rosenblatt has acted for Tracsis plc, a leading provider of software and technology-led products and services for the transportation industry, in relation to its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Ontrac Limited (“Ontrac”) for a cash and share consideration with a total value of up to £19.5 million. Ontrac is a software development and information technology company with clients in the transport, construction, and local government sectors.
