Rosenblatt acted for N+1 Singer on a placing of ordinary shares raising £11 million (before expenses) and admission to AIM of Applied Graphene Materials plc.
Applied Graphene Materials, originally founded as a spin-out from Durham University, has developed a scalable manufacturing process for the production of graphene nanoplatelets, which it intends to exploit by incorporating graphene into a range of products across various sectors in partnership with the product manufacturers, thereby enhancing the value and utility of such products.
Tom Ferns, Head of Corporate, and Martin Montgomery, Corporate Associate, worked on the transaction for Rosenblatt.
