Chris Pulham, who joined Rosenblatt in 2005, specialises in non-contentious intellectual property and commercial matters. His wide-ranging experience in the technology, software and media sectors includes the negotiation of client deals for development, production, manufacture, licensing and other forms of commercial exploitation of IP.
Since his qualification as a solicitor in 2000, Chris has acted consistently for a variety of software developers in relation to both their core products and bespoke developments for specific projects and outsourcing deals.
Chris’s clients include a number of major agencies in design, digital marketing and advertising, and companies developing and exploiting new technologies and digital media.
Among the major media deals on which he has advised are the refinancing of back catalogues of master recordings, the acquisition by Richard Desmond’s Northern & Shell group of Channel 5, a number of Channel 5’s major deals in programming and other areas, and Channel 5’s subsequent sale to Viacom.
