Rosenblatt’s clients across the financial services sector benefit from direct access to the exceptional array of expertise – pan-European/EU, UK and French – concentrated into a multidisciplinary specialist team. Based at a single European location, its members work together with exceptional efficiency.
Bruno Fatier joined Rosenblatt in May 2014 from Clifford Chance in Paris, where over a period of 13 years he gained a wealth of experience in financial services, a sector that is substantially shaped by EU legislation.
Bruno’s multi-faceted practice covers the full range of financial services, from funds and asset management to payments, also embracing general banking, derivatives, market infrastructure and asset freeze.
Maintaining a constant focus on pan-European advisory and transactional work – but also regularly advising on cross-border disputes in the field of financial services – Bruno acts for a broad spectrum of clients, such as banks, brokers, institutional investors, sovereign and private equity funds, payment service providers and e-money institutions, servicers, e-commerce companies, retailers, and service providers in clearing, settlement and other areas of market infrastructure.
A regular speaker at global conferences on e-payments and e-commerce, Bruno has also published articles on issues such as bank secrecy, fund custody, prime brokerage, payment services and e-money.
