Equal Opportunities

We pride ourselves on our inclusive and meritocratic culture. We ensure that all our employees are treated fairly and are actively encouraged to reach their full potential.

Applications for employment are welcome from people of every background; we recognise that the diversity of our employees enhances our ability to meet the varying needs of our clients and thus contributes to our success.

We do not tolerate discrimination in any form and this ethos pervades our relationships with clients and the communities in which we work.

Training & Development

A revised performance review process was introduced in 2014 to reflect the competencies for each specific role and in 2015 a new promotion process was launched to give greater clarity and transparency around the firm’s promotion decisions. It is the firm’s policy to retain and develop individuals wherever possible and a number of employees have progressed their careers from entry level positions.

Our management teams meet regularly to plan our strategy and operations and to advance matters in progress, always guided by the firm’s overall goals and vision; but, at Rosenblatt, everyone plays a role in improving the firm and its performance, working together and identifying areas in which we can make advances and become more receptive to new ideas in the market.

All ideas put forward by staff are considered and reviewed, and any resultant changes in the firm can therefore be managed efficiently, ensuring continuous improvement in accordance with our business aims.
