Rosenblatt acted for  AIM Listed Market Tech Holdings in connection with its acquisition of a controlling interest in Glispa GmbH, a leading Berlin-based international mobile marketing business, for an initial consideration of €25 million with a working  capital payment of €7 million to take the total up to €32 million..

Market Tech Holdings is a listed holding company that combines real estate assets with an e-commerce business and it owns and manages the main Camden Markets in Central London. It has a current market cap of over £965m.

The team was led by Tom Ferns and Nick Foss-Pederson.

The House of Britannia plc invests in the future success of British heritage luxury brands. It makes investments in and manages a portfolio of British luxury companies in key global markets including in the Far East, Middle East and North America.  As part of the company’s investment strategy, it targets businesses that are family owned, have strong balance sheets and show export growth potential.

GXG is a recognised European stock exchange. Originally open only to companies registered in Denmark, in 2011 the market opened to trading of companies worldwide.
